Beginning on Friday 27 January 2017 through today, Monday 30 January 2017, e2f’s corporate website experienced unavailability.
As of approximately 2:40 pm (US Pacific Time) on Monday 30 January 2017, full website service was restored.
Performance may remain sluggish for some users. Initial connections may take up to 25 seconds before screen loads. (Additional pages on the site should load swiftly.) We expect this initial connection delay to be minimized and disappear over time.
The outage of our website did not affect any e2f production services or impact any existing customer projects. It did make web submission forms for new projects unavailable. All web submission forms are now available again. All email communications remained unaffected.
